AICTE and Monster Join Hands to Provide Jobs

The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and a renowned job portal Monster India have signed an agreement that will help freshers and students across India to get decent jobs. This information was shared by AICTE recently.

As per a MoU signed by both parties, Monster India will be responsible for monitoring and managing campus recruitment activities of more than 10,360 colleges that are approved by AICTE. These colleges have a capacity of 36 lakh students, stated AICTE.

It further mentioned that Monster India will serve as an interface among colleges, students, and recruiters. It will also help all AICTE-approved institutions to map the talents of their students and help these students to get relevant job opportunities.

AICTE’s statement also mentioned that the specialization of these 36 lakh students varies a lot. The fields that they belong to include hotel management & catering, engineering & technology, applied arts & craft, pharmacy, management, and architecture & town planning among others.

The Chairman of AICTE, Anil D. Sahasrabudhe also shared his thoughts on this newly signed MoU. He said that it will assist freshers and college students to get a job. These people have the capacity of ensuring a brighter future for India.
